セルフレンドリーカニューレ (CF)

　

従来のステンレス製の吸引システムは1987年に開発され米国で唯一特許を取得しておりました。(米国特許No.5002538)セルフレンドリーは従来のシステムを発展させた、チューリップ社の独占的な新カニューラ技術です。セルフレンドリーを一度試して頂ければ、従来のカニューレとの違いをご理解して頂けると思います。
セルフレンドリーはCF2000と呼ばれる最新融合表面技術を使用しています。(特許申請中)　ジルコニウムが外側及び内側に融合されており、従来のカニューレに使用するステンレススティールの約10倍の硬度があります。高度に磨かれたステンレススティールですら、顕微鏡で拡大してみると、表面に尖塔や窪みがみられ、またこの表面は著しい摩擦を発生させます。CF2000は滑りを良くするために外部表面と管の内側の両面で摩擦抵抗を減少させますので、細胞を破壊せず、またスムーズに吸引することが出来ます。

　

シリンジシステムの特長
機械による、サクションに較べてスペースをとらず、故障もなく、静かに使用できます。また、軽いので長時間使用しても疲れません。
60ccシリンジを使用すれば、720mmHgの陰圧が得られます。また、35ccや10ccのシリンジ用のサクションカニューレを使用すれば、低い陰圧で狭い部位や少量の吸引もできます。
サクションカニューレの先端には各種形状があり、外径2.1mm/3.0mm/3.7mm/4.6mmの4種類、長さはそれぞれ15cm/25cm/35cmの3種類あります。(インジェクション針の外径は1.4mm/1.6mm/2.1mm/3.0mmの4種類、長さは5cm/10cm/15cmの3種類あります。

Cannulas

Tumescent Infiltrator

This cannula is used specifically for the infusion of tumescent solution. The configuration of the ports allows even distribution of the fluid.

Mercedes
This circumferential port configuration is popular with those surgeons who desire an instrument that can be effective for use in any soft tissue plane.

Toledo V-Dissector
This cannula is specifically designed for use in the superficial compartment of the truncal area. The cutting notch is very useful for undermining in facial procedures and any area where there is dense fibrous tissue.

Standard
This is the most common cannula design for soft tissue removal. The single port is located 180 degrees from the thumb rest on the hub.

Cobra
More aggressive than the Standard, Pyramid or Mercedes, this cannula has a tapered tip with two ports and will work effectively within dense fibrous tissue.

Twin Port
This highly efficient two port cannula is widely used in the face and neck for sculpting and helping to provoke skin retraction.

Pyramid
This commonly used design has three ports located 180 degrees from the thumb print. It is a slightly more aggressive cannula than the Standard.

Flap
The Flap is primarily used as an undermining dissector and, in smaller diameters, for facial tissue removal. The Flap Cannula in a 2.1mm diameter is very useful for undermining the nasal-labial fold prior to autologous tissue injections as well as for tissue removal in this anatomic area. (Available in 2.1, 3.0, 3.7 and 4.6 mm diameters)

Rasping Cannula
This 3 hole design is ideal for gently traumatizing the undersurface of the superficial layer to help induce contraction of the skin.

Extractor/Injector

This tip works well for needle extraction of soft tissue and as a soft tissue reinjection needle. (1.4, 1.6 and 2.1 mm diameters)

G-Bevel

This tip configuration is for very aggressive suction procedures.

Ersek Injector

Patented by Dr. Robert Ersek this injector provides more atraumatic tunnel formation on the inward stroke than traditional injectors, and injects efficiently on the outward stroke.

Blunt Injector

This injector easily penetrates without the trauma of a sharp injector and injects smoothly.
　

Accessories
Anaerobic Transfer

Anaerobic transfers are used to prepare and transfer extracted tissue for reinjection.
Johnnie Lok

The Johnnie Lok is the key to the Tulip Syringe System. It is used to lock and hold the plunger of the syringe under vacuum. (60cc, 35cc and 10cc)
Power Adaptor

The Tulip Power Adapter modifies the cannula and the syringe for use with an aspirating machine. (60cc, 35cc and 10cc)
Pocar

The Pocar is a percutaneous punch that is used to make a circumferential incision prior to infiltration and tissue extraction. It is designed to maintain a tight seal while minimizing scarring. (one size)
Tulip Cannula Aspiration Handle

This handle modifies the cannula for use with any mechanical aspiration source. It comes in both 35cc and 60cc sizes.
Autoclave Tray

The Large Autoclave Tray for the Tulip body set houses a large number of cannulas up to 35cm in length as well as the accessories. The Small Autoclave Tray for the facial and reinjection set is designed to house cannulas up to 15cm in length and related accessories.
Power Injector Gun Ⅲ CellFriendly Quick S.T.E.P. System

The Power Injector allows the surgeon to reinject soft tissue through small diameter injectors with very little effort and maximum control. The Tulip Power Injector will accept any 3cc luer lock syringe or a Monoject 10cc, 12cc, or 20cc Luer Lock syringe.

The Tulip Company has developed the Quick S.T.E.P. System for those physicians who are interested in Soft Tissue Enhancement Procedures. 
The Quick S.T.E.P. System uses the patented Tulip Syringe Instrumentation and the proven Tulip Technique for reproducible results. The technique, using general or local anesthesia, is easy to learn and quick to perform as an outpatient procedure. 
The Quick S.T.E.P. allows the physician to harvest, prepare, and reinject soft tissue. Harvesting of the soft tissue, using the CellFriendly Tulip Syringe Technique, may produce a higher yield of viable cells for reinjection because it is a closed system. 
The "Quick S.T.E.P." System includes the Tulip Power Injector Gun Ⅲ and comes in its own autoclave tray making it truly portable.
